Description

You will manage and maintain high-availability production systems for large-scale e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident response, L1/L2 production support, and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex production issues.
• Maintain system observability using New Relic and Splunk to monitor performance and set alerts.
• Support automation, operational tooling, and backend troubleshooting through scripting and programming.
• Troubleshoot Angular applications from an operational and monitoring perspective.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of IT experience with exposure to production systems and 24x7 support.
• Hands-on experience with SRE principles and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically CouchDB or Couchbase.
• Expertise in monitoring and observability tools including New Relic (APM, dashboards) and Splunk.
• Strong programming and scripting skills for automation and diagnostics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with additional monitoring tools beyond New Relic and Splunk.
