Description

You will own the reliability and operational excellence of production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production systems, performance bottlenecks, and reliability issues.
• Build monitoring dashboards, log analysis, and alerting frameworks.
• Identify platform issues, performance gaps, and reliability improvements proactively.
• Collaborate with Security, Networking, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to improve platform stability.
• Work within Agile or rapid application development environments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Software Engineering experience in SRE, DevOps, Production, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong scripting in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and Shell/Bash.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools: Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, or GCL.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with messaging/caching technologies like Kafka, IBM MQ, or Redis.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Knowledge of databases including Oracle, MongoDB, or SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise or banking platforms.
• Experience with incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
