You will own the reliability and operational health of critical services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot deeply to improve the availability, performance, and security of IMT Services.
• Build and automate alerts and processes to prevent incidents and detect performance bottlenecks.
• Implement proactive monitoring, trend analysis, and self-healing systems.
• Define non-functional requirements during the product lifecycle to guide scalable system designs.
• Partner with teams to resolve defects, design changes, and operational issues, minimizing customer impact.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Systems/Applications automation within 24x7 Production support environments.
• Fluency in Python, Shell, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Java, or .NET.
• Demonstrated experience diagnosing large-scale distributed systems, including Windows Server and Linux internals.
• Experience with AWS, covering both PaaS and IaaS offerings.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Proficiency in operating across both Windows (2k8R2+) and Linux systems.
• Experience designing for elastic scalability and fault tolerance in cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts.
