Description

You will manage the production environment by monitoring availability, maintaining system health, and driving reliability best practices across CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and application code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Measure and optimize system performance to improve reliability and time-to-market.
• Build automation tools for observability, deployment, and incident response.
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to resolve issues across the full stack.
• Maintain a holistic view of system health and production availability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or SRE roles.
• 5+ years of experience with observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, LogRocket, or Datadog.
• 5+ years of experience with frontend frameworks including React, Angular, Mobile, React Native, Android, or iOS.
• 5+ years of experience with backend frameworks like Node.js or Spring Framework.
• 5+ years of experience with database design using SQL and NoSQL.
• 5+ years of experience with cloud services including Serverless Functions, Blob Storage, and Virtual Machines.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure and containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, incident management, and system design.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or relevant experience.
