Description

You will own system stability and reliability through DevOps, cloud engineering, and automation practices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident response, resolution, and post-mortem follow-ups using observability tools.
• Lead and mentor the team in implementing automation, runbooks, and documentation.
• Identify and implement improvements to system and application stability.
• Collaborate with development teams to define and implement infrastructure and security remediations.
• Prioritize security concerns and ensure proper handling of PII.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency in Java software development.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and Spinnaker.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Containerization experience using Docker.
• Working knowledge of AWS services including S3, SQS, Kinesis, Aurora, DynamoDB, and RDS.
• Experience with observability and incident management tools like Datadog and PagerDuty.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and AWS Lambda.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or Scala.
