Description

You will lead support and reliability operations to ensure system stability and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage support engineers in resolving incidents and requests to maintain system uptime.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance system performance.
• Develop and maintain support documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Identify and implement automation tools to streamline support processes.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for reliability optimization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in full stack observability across Data applications in SaaS, hybrid cloud, and on-prem environments.
• In-depth knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
• Proficiency with observability tools including Grafana, Splunk, and Prometheus.
• Strong scripting experience using Python and Bash for automation.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible.
• Familiarity with ETL Tools and SaaS Platform support.
• Understanding of incident management and performance tuning practices.
• Experience managing ETL pipeline monitoring, alerts, and data integrity.
