Description

You will maintain system availability and reliability for services requiring around-the-clock uptime.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain monitoring tools, alerts, and dashboards to provide visibility into system health.
• Analyze metric and log data to perform anomaly detection, performance tuning, capacity planning, and fault isolation.
• Collaborate with development teams to deploy features that meet reliability, security, and performance standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to establish enterprise standards and best practices.
• Identify problem resolutions, initiate corrective actions, and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering roles such as SRE, DevOps, or automation.
• 3+ years of experience applying SRE/DevOps practices and automation tooling.
• Experience deploying and supporting software applications within the AWS ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation scripting.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Proficiency in Python, PHP, Perl, Ruby, or Linux Shell.
• Experience using Git and working within agile development environments.
• Understanding of AWS pricing and cost models for compute, storage, and database services.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent technical certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, DataDog, or SignalFx.
