You will own the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems and services by bridging the gap between development and operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, secure solutions while defining SLOs and SLAs for critical systems.
• Develop automation frameworks and scripts to reduce manual intervention in deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
• Deploy monitoring tools and create actionable alerts to proactively diagnose issues and ensure rapid incident response.
• Execute chaos experiments to test failure resiliency and manage full Disaster Recovery processes and drills.
• Manage cloud network resources, provision capacity for future demand, and maintain documentation for playbooks and processes.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years as a Senior SRE or similar role.
• 5+ years of AWS Cloud experience, including AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, SysOps, or Security certifications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS technologies including EC2, RDS, ELB, S3, VPC, and CloudWatch.
• Strong experience with cloud deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Chef, or Ansible.
• 2+ years of experience with CDN and cache systems like Fastly, Akamai, or CloudFront.
• Experience with monitoring stacks including NewRelic, Datadog, Splunk, or ELK.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Ability to manage cloud networking including DNS, ACLs, firewalls, and private links.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with configuration automation using Puppet or Salt.
• Familiarity with security scanning tools like Fortify and SonarQube.
