You will maintain system reliability and performance through proactive monitoring, automation, and incident management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and availability to identify and resolve issues before they impact service.
• Respond to incidents promptly and conduct post-incident reviews to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline operations and handle repetitive tasks.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize systems to meet service-level objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or systems engineering.
• Proficiency in Unix systems and shell scripting.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in transactional and analytical big data databases.
• Experience with monitoring tools including AppDynamics, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or Moogsoft.
• Familiarity with service management tools such as ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and AI.
