Description

You will own the reliability and observability of our platform infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and tune observability tooling within Kubernetes environments.
• Document standards for logs, metrics, and traces across the platform.
• Engage with engineering teams to drive observability adoption for new features.
• Tune observability workloads to handle high-traffic live events.
• Participate in on-call rotation supporting observability services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience on an infrastructure or SRE team.
• 2+ years leading design and implementation of Cloud systems in GCP.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Kubernetes, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, or Helm.
• 4+ years experience with monitoring, logging, and visualization tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
• 2+ years programming experience in Python, Java, or Go.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to own a project’s lifecycle from inception to completion.
• Experience working with Agile software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as an application developer focused on instrumentation or performance.
• Exposure to incident management and ITIL.
