Description

Lead technical direction, mentor developers, and manage team performance within a defined architecture.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions within defined architectures and provide input to architectural planning.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, design principles, and Definition of Done.
• Manage team performance through regular one-on-ones and written reviews.
• Coach developers on Design Patterns, SOLID principles, and Architectural Patterns.
• Guide the team through various architectural views including conceptual, logical, physical, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience developing Java code.
• 8+ years of experience in object-oriented design development.
• 8+ years of experience developing Spring frameworks.
• 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud.
• 2+ years of experience with middleware packages such as WebLogic, WebSphere, or JBoss.
• 1+ years of experience leading a development team.
• Expertise in at least one primary programming language.
• Must reside in the US.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Spring Boot, MVC, or Hibernate.
• Experience in REST or SOAP API development.
• Understanding of Agile ceremonies.
