Description

You will own the production stability, incident resolution, and continuous improvement of critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and availability, responding to incidents and escalations to ensure high availability.
• Drive timely resolution during production incidents and conduct detailed root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Execute maintenance activities including patching, upgrades, and configuration changes across application, infrastructure, and database layers.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and procedures to support continuity and resiliency.
• Implement process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort and mitigate risk.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, or System Administration.
• Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows administration.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with data transfer mechanisms such as NDM.
• Experience with API technologies including REST, JSON, and SOAP.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident, change, and problem management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across application, network, and database layers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes container platforms.
• Familiarity with Dynatrac for observability and monitoring.
