Description

You will drive site reliability culture and technical stability across applications and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve application reliability and stability using data-driven analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish service level indicators, objectives, and error budgets.
• Identify and resolve technology-related bottlenecks and architectural constraints.
• Act as the primary point of contact during major incidents to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Document technical processes and share knowledge through internal communities of practice.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of applied experience in software engineering concepts.
• Proficiency in JAVA programming.
• Deep understanding of reliability, scalability, performance, security, and enterprise system architecture.
• Experience with observability, including white and black box monitoring, SLO alerting, and telemetry collection.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, or Splunk.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Terraform.
• Knowledge of toil reduction and site reliability best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cloud-based applications, specifically AWS.
• Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform.
• Background in Fin-tech and troubleshooting networking technologies.
