Design, build, and maintain observability platforms for 24/7 production environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement large-scale monitoring solutions using Splunk, SignalFx, ELK, AppDynamics, or OpenTelemetry.
• Configure and manage AWS observability services including CloudTrail, CloudWatch, VPC Flow Logs, and X-Ray.
• Develop automation scripts in Python and build REST/GraphQL APIs using the AWS SDK.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, Artifactory, and Git.
• Containerize applications with Docker and Kubernetes while managing infrastructure via Terraform.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering with enterprise cloud monitoring expertise.
• Deep proficiency in Python for scripting and API development.
• Strong experience with AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and related services.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major monitoring stack: Splunk, SignalFx, ELK, AppDynamics, or ITRS.
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Harness, and Artifactory.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenTelemetry (OTEL) implementation.
• Proven track record in high-availability production environments.
