You will manage AWS cloud environments, performing full-stack diagnosis, root cause analysis, and automation of operational tasks.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support AWS cloud environments, ensuring stability and performance.
• Conduct full-stack diagnosis, fault resolution, and root cause analysis for incidents.
• Implement monitoring tools, metrics, and reports to track application and service health.
• Automate regular operational activities by developing scripts and tools.
• Participate in SCRUM team tasks to meet release milestones and provide rotational on-call support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in site reliability or systems engineering.
• Hands-on experience managing AWS cloud environments.
• Proficiency in developing automation scripts for operational tasks.
• Ability to perform full-stack diagnosis and fault resolution.
• Experience with capacity planning and service continuity validation.
• Experience with SCRUM methodologies and release cycles.
• Degree in any field of study.
