Description

You will manage the reliability and operations of large-scale applications across hybrid on-prem and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts and build APM dashboards to track transaction journeys.
• Maintain containerized applications and transition platforms across cloud services including GCP, AWS, Azure, and OpenShift.
• Implement cloud observability using OTEL for real-time monitoring, distributed tracing, and incident resolution.
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, Load Balancing, and Service Mesh.
• Ensure 24x7 application availability and monitor HashiCorp Vault environments to minimize downtime.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in SRE or DevOps.
• 2-4 years of programming experience in Go, Python, Java, or Rust.
• 2+ years of experience managing containerized applications (GKE, RKE, or AKE).
• Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, or Dynatrace.
• Experience with databases including Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL Server, Redis, Clickhouse, Postgres, or MongoDB.
• Mandatory healthcare industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using GraphQL frameworks like Apollo, Prisma, or Hasura.
• Knowledge of cloud databases including GCS, Cloud SQL, and Spanner.
• Working knowledge of Vertex AI, Gen AI, and BigQuery.
