Description

You will manage and scale infrastructure within Azure cloud environments, owning containerized workloads, automation, and system observability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage containerized workloads using Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and Chef.
• Monitor system health and performance using Data Dog or Splunk.
• Optimize Java microservices by managing memory and garbage collection processes.
• Maintain distributed data systems including Cassandra and MongoDB.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant experience in site reliability or systems engineering.
• Azure Cloud platform expertise.
• Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Observability tools including Data Dog and Splunk.
• NoSQL database management with Cassandra or MongoDB.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, Shell, or TypeScript.
• Experience with F5 load balancers and Kafka.
• Familiarity with Java microservices and memory/garbage collection tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Operating in VMware, Windows, or Linux environments.
