Description

You will own the reliability and operational health of infrastructure and applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets for production systems.
• Manage reliability across infrastructure and applications running on Kubernetes and AWS Native components.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across distributed systems, focusing on networking protocols and containerized workloads.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering or a related infrastructure role.
• Expertise with Kubernetes and Docker for containerized workload management.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python, JavaScript, Node.js, Bash, or Ansible.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or AWS CodePipeline.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, OSI Model).
• Hands-on experience with configuration management systems (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
• Familiarity with AWS CloudWatch and distributed system concepts.
