Description

Define strategy for developer productivity and platform resiliency while driving engineering and operational excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Platform and engineering teams to drive adoption of CI/CD tools and processes.
• Establish measurable goals to reduce incidents and increase operational accountability.
• Champion architecture initiatives to improve platform resiliency for complex business processes.
• Act as the single point of contact for driving cloud optimizations in partnership with the SRE team.
• Lead initiatives focused on engineering excellence and developer productivity.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience leading engineering teams or developer productivity initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with public cloud offerings, specifically Azure or GCP.
• Experience with private cloud environments and IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS models.
• Proficiency in Java and SQL.
• Experience with NoSQL, messaging, queuing, and caching systems.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, security, and CDNs.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record of implementing test automation for single-click deployments.
• Experience designing large-scale, resilient enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools including Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or Splunk.
