Description

You will own production support for Kubernetes-based banking platforms, resolving complex technical issues across application, infrastructure, and platform layers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in production environments, analyzing logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes and container issues, including pods, services, deployments, networking, and resource management.
• Engage directly with enterprise banking customers to understand, investigate, and resolve technical issues during escalations.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders during incident response.
• Improve runbooks, dashboards, alerts, and support processes based on recurring issues and lessons learned.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on troubleshooting experience in production or customer-facing technical environments.
• Strong expertise with Kubernetes, Linux, and container orchestration.
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, including handling escalations and direct client communication.
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed systems monitoring.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, APIs, and service behavior.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, banking platforms, or fintech systems.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with cloud or hybrid environments such as AWS, GCP, Azure, or on-prem enterprise deployments.
• Exposure to deployment workflows (Helm, Terraform, Flux, ArgoCD), Kafka, or distributed databases.
