Description

You will own the reliability and operational health of the product base. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and incident response across systems.
• Drive automation to improve SRE processes and increase operational efficiency.
• Lead incident and problem management for in-scope applications, owning RCA fulfillment.
• Debug production issues across service layers and provide primary operational support.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure new releases meet established reliability standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of IT experience in software development, maintenance, SRE, or DevOps Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years experience building Java Spring Boot applications and REST API development.
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes, or OpenShift).
• Proficiency with CI tools like Jenkins.
• Experience working with relational databases (MSSQL Server or MySQL/MariaDB) and distributed databases.
• 1+ years developing cloud-native applications using Java or Python.
• Experience with cloud environments, specifically Azure or AWS.
• Solid understanding of Windows and Linux based infrastructure.
