Description

You will own production and non-production environment stability, monitoring, and incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production and non-production environments to ensure system stability and performance.
• Conduct root cause analysis and correlation for complex system or application problems.
• Develop and configure tools for system monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Develop software modules using disciplined processes to resolve issues and implement unit testing.
• Liaise with application development, content, and customer service teams to resolve problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant role such as DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or Systems Administrator.
• Strong proficiency with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and Linux Command Line (Bash).
• Practical experience with Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Windows environments.
• Skilled in capacity analysis, troubleshooting, and networking.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud Automation.
