Description

You will own the reliability and operational health of our data platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational processes by adding automation.
• Lead sustainable incident response and conduct blameless postmortems.
• Design and manage data platform architecture, focusing on performance capacity planning.
• Own autoscaling, disaster recovery, and observability implementation.
• Manage change control and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience developing or managing deployments of distributed database systems or scale-out applications in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Golang.
• Strong competence in CI/CD practices.
• Experience with Bash or other scripting languages.
• Knowledge of cloud-first application security principles.
• Experience with network architecture and cost optimization.
