You will maintain and improve platform health within a production support and site reliability engineering environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Improve platform health through continuous monitoring and reliability engineering practices.
• Support distributed, multi-tiered systems to ensure stability.
• Manage and optimize Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Utilize APM tools to monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent professional background.
• 10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or production support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
• Proficiency with Splunk.
• Proficiency with GCL.
• Proficiency with ELK stack.
• Proficiency with Grafana.
• Proficiency with Prometheus.
