Description

You will lead the development of complex application features using Sitecore and .NET, owning the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis to release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver complex application features independently while resolving key technical issues.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, unit testing, and documentation.
• Proactively identify and resolve security and usability issues to ensure code stability and reusability.
• Mentor new software engineers and lead knowledge-sharing sessions within the department.
• Provide accurate technical estimates and craft technical audit reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Deep expertise with Sitecore.
• Proficiency in .NET.
• Experience with web scripting.
• Proven ability to work independently without direct guidance.
• Experience participating in the full development and release process.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
