💼 Job Title: Senior Sitecore Engineer

📍 Location

Pune, India (Hybrid preferred | Remote possible for the right candidate)

🕒 Work Shift

2 PM – 11 PM IST (overlap with US time zones required)

🔧 Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to the implementation of modern technologies including:

SaaS-based Digital Experience Platforms

Headless Architecture

Edge Computing

Generative AI

Collaborate with marketing teams to build:

Omnichannel customer experiences

Personalization strategies

Engagement and analytics solutions

Develop:

Project deliverables, POCs, and pilot solutions

Ensure high-quality code delivery:

Code reviews

Best practices adherence

Testing and validation

Assist in architecture design for web and mobile applications

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and UX

Work cross-functionally to solve technical challenges

Implement:

Personalization

Audience segmentation

Campaigns and analytics

Privacy and security-compliant solutions

🧠 Required Skills

Frontend & Backend: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, C#, .NET, Node.js

Architecture & APIs: GraphQL, Responsive Design

Platforms: Sitecore XM Cloud / Sitecore AI, SaaS DXP

Capabilities:

Personalization, SEO, search, workflows, commerce

Visual editor, customer journey analytics, campaign management

Reusable components, templates, customization

Other Skills:

Performance optimization and scalability

Third-party integrations (ERP systems, etc.)

Omnichannel/mobile experience

⭐ Good to Have

Migration experience:

Managed Services → In-house hosting

Traditional → Headless SaaS architecture

Deployment experience on:

Vercel, Netlify, or GCP Firebase

Certifications and system administration experience

🎓 Education & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering

7+ years of hands-on experience in relevant technologies

🏅 Preferred Certifications

Sitecore Developer Certification OR

Sitecore System Administrator Certification
