Description

You will manage and maintain the Slack environment to ensure high availability and reliability across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Slack infrastructure, software, and architecture to optimize performance and scalability.
• Implement and manage authentication mechanisms and security features within the Slack environment.
• Oversee the integration of add-ons, plugins, and other systems to enhance functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues as they arise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business units and their Slack usage.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with Slack infrastructure and Slack's software architecture.
• Proven experience managing SaaS vendors and escalating issues appropriately.
• Strong background in Infrastructure Services (IS) and Desktop Management.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Bachelor of Computer Science degree.
• Ability to challenge technical information and drive toward clarity.
