Description

Architect and build large-scale, distributed big data products using AWS and Snowflake.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions across AWS and Snowflake environments.
• Assess existing ETL jobs, workflows, BI tools, and reports to identify optimization opportunities.
• Improve cloud data pipelines for more efficient data transformation and aggregation.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Develop and execute test plans for new solutions while monitoring and troubleshooting production systems.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience in architecting and building large-scale, distributed big data products.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake solution architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
• Proven ability to manage ETL jobs and complex data workflows.
• Experience working with BI tools and reporting frameworks.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and data engineering principles.
• Experience guiding teams to manage configurations for multiple departments within a single environment.
