Description

You will design and maintain data integration and transformation pipelines within Snowflake.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain data synchronization between on-premises Oracle databases and Snowflake using Kafka and CDC tools.
• Design, build, and manage ETL data pipelines using Airflow for orchestration and Python for scripting.
• Develop and optimize the data model within Snowflake to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Collaborate with architects to structure data in Snowflake for efficient reporting.
• Create and maintain documentation for data pipelines, ETL processes, and data models.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, focusing on pipeline development and integration.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data processing.
• Expertise with Snowflake, Oracle, and Databricks.
• Experience implementing data ingestion using Kafka and CDC tools.
• Proficiency with Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices to automate pipeline deployment.
• Experience with Git for version control.
• Knowledge of data modeling principles and data warehousing solutions.
