Description

You will design and develop data solutions within the Snowflake environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement bi-temporal schemas using micro-partitioning and clustering keys for performance.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and Snowpark transformations.
• Build and maintain Python-based ETL/ELT pipelines to source historical market data.
• Implement algorithms to detect and remediate data quality issues like gaps and outliers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing applications with Relational Databases and Big-data platforms.
• Expert-level SQL for complex querying and performance tuning.
• Strong expertise in Snowflake schema design, micro-partitioning, and clustering.
• Proficiency in Snowpark and developing stored procedures.
• Advanced Python skills for data engineering and external system integration.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
