Description

You will design and implement end-to-end data solutions on Snowflake, owning the release pipeline and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fully operational data warehouse solutions on Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain dbt models for Snowflake environments.
• Build and automate data pipelines using cloud-based implementations.
• Perform performance tuning on Snowflake pipelines and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead technical discussions and present proposed solutions to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 7+ years of experience in Data Warehouse and ETL development.
• 4+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions on Snowflake.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake internals and integration with reporting technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SnowSQL and SnowPipe.
• Experience administering Snowflake and loading data from Azure and APIs.
• Proficiency in star and snowflake dimensional modeling.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coding UDFs, UDTFs, and Procedures using Python, SQL, or JavaScript.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
