Description

Lead the design and implementation of scalable Snowflake data warehouse solutions for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design data models, virtual warehouse sizing, and schema optimization.
• Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, Snowflake built-in functions, and User-Defined Functions (UDFs).
• Build, monitor, and optimize ETL/ELT processes and data migration strategies.
• Manage data security, roles, and privileges to ensure compliance.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain architecture documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience designing data solutions using Snowflake Database.
• Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong background in Dimensional modeling, Star Schema, and Data Vault.
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes and data migration.
• Proficiency with profiling tools like Alteryx.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and troubleshooting complex data systems.
• Ability to identify upstream and downstream data impacts and propose remediation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
