Description

You will develop and maintain data infrastructure using Snowflake, owning the build and maintenance of complex data pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex Snow SQL queries against Snowflake.
• Build data pipelines using Stages, Tasks, Streams, and Snow Pipes.
• Develop data processing scripts using Unix/Linux and Python.
• Implement ETL processes applying data warehousing principles for OLTP and OLAP environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Expert proficiency in Snowflake and Snow SQL.
• Strong command of ETL concepts and modeling structures.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Shell Scripting.
• Experience with Unix/Linux scripting and environments.
• Knowledge of Data warehousing concepts including OLTP, OLAP, Dimensions, and Facts.
• Familiarity with the Snowpark Library for Snowflake integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of Data Warehouse/ODS architecture.
