You will manage and maintain the Snowflake platform, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security for enterprise data operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Snowflake platform to maintain high availability and performance standards.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to design and implement robust data pipelines.
• Develop, optimize, and tune SQL queries for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
• Create custom scripts and functions using JavaScript and Python to automate platform tasks.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and implement security best practices to protect data integrity.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in data modeling and database administration.
• 9+ years of experience managing any database platform.
• 5+ years of experience specifically managing the Snowflake platform.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python.
• Experience in optimizing and tuning Snowflake for performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
