Description

You will own the investigation and remediation of escalated security incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full incident lifecycle from initial detection through final completion.
• Investigate and resolve escalated Tier 2 SOC incidents requiring advanced analysis.
• Execute threat detection and response activities to contain identified security threats.
• Perform direct remediation tasks for vulnerabilities and compromise indicators.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in security operations within a 24/7 SOC environment.
• Proven track record in Tier 2 SOC incident handling, investigation, and escalation management.
• Hands-on proficiency with Splunk SIEM for log analysis and query writing.
• Direct experience with threat detection and response technologies.
• Strong analytical aptitude and critical thinking skills to deduce root causes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education in a relevant field.
