Description

You will design and implement data governance frameworks and data-as-a-service solutions, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of data products from solution design to production deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set guard rails for data protection, cataloging, and marketplace integration.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and data policy teams to implement data governance strategies.
• Design approaches for BI strategy rationalization and Master Data Management (MDM) needs.
• Develop data products ready for consumption via BI tools or data exchange.
• Prepare solution design documentation and oversee project implementation from inception to completion.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java/J2EE Full Stack development.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Unix file systems/transfers.
• 4+ years of frontend development experience with React and Redux.
• 4+ years of experience containerizing microservices using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS or data warehouses such as Teradata, Google BigQuery, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of data security and encryption standards.
• Experience in product management and end-to-end data product lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical skills for data validation and result analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular, Neo4j/Graph DB, and D3 libraries.
• Working knowledge of Data as a Service, MDM, and data virtualization tools like Informatica or IBM Cloud Pak.
