Description

You will lead the design, development, and modernization of mobile features for applications serving millions of users.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Modernize existing codebases to improve performance, stability, and security.
• Design and develop major new features, ensuring timely delivery and high code quality.
• Write testable, reliable code and manage the deployment and monitoring of large-scale production systems.
• Perform peer code reviews and participate in design discussions to maintain engineering standards.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and distributed engineering teams to solve complex user experience problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of iOS app development experience with apps containing over 100k active users.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and Objective-C.
• Deep understanding of iOS framework components and application life cycles.
• Strong OO programming experience in Swift, Objective-C, C++, or Java.
• Solid foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
• Experience with Git and repository management.
• Experience with mobile test-driven development using tools like XCUITest, Espresso, Appium, Kiwi, or Robolectric.
• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field.
