You will design and implement AI-driven solutions, owning the architecture, development, and quality assurance of agentic systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer feedback and product data to identify pain points, then design and validate AI/ML solutions through proof-of-concepts.
• Write production-quality code in Java, Python, TypeScript, and C++, integrating LLMs and custom ML pipelines into existing microservices.
• Define AI/ML architecture patterns, manage model serving infrastructure, and mentor engineering teams on best practices.
• Design comprehensive test strategies including unit, integration, and performance testing for AI models and data pipelines.
• Establish MLOps practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment while ensuring security and reliability.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Java 17+ with Spring Boot 3.5+ and microservices architecture.
• Strong experience in Python 3.10+ for AI/ML development, data processing, and libraries like Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with Angular 19, React, and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI/Anthropic APIs for multi-agent workflows.
• Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and database optimization.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with security standards including Keycloak, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Strong QA mindset with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and tools like JUnit, pytest, Jest, and Selenium.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C++ and complex query development.
• Knowledge of GraphQL and advanced MLOps model-serving architectures.
