Description

You will provide technical leadership for media services within a CCaaS suite, ensuring architectural decisions support high availability and durability.

Responsibilities

• Own architectural decisions for media services and manage associated technical risks.
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Lead POCs to validate new technologies and their applicability to the organization.
• Mentor development teams on coding, design, and architecture best practices.
• Engage engineers across the organization to promote standard software patterns and library reuse.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience with C++, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
• Extensive experience developing cloud-native enterprise applications using AWS services.
• Proficiency with Windows and Linux development environments.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and distributed systems.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols including Sockets, TCP/UDP/SSL, HTTP, and GRPC.
• Experience with communication protocols such as SIP and RTP.
• Proven track record of designing real-time media services.
• Ability to create designs and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ASR and TTS solutions in a contact center context.
• Contact center domain expertise.
