Description

You will design scalable and performant server system architectures, specifically focusing on the software/hardware interface.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for scalable server systems with a focus on the SW/HW interface.
• Evaluate the implications of architectural decisions on end-application performance.
• Implement left-shift strategies to de-risk program execution.
• Architect out-of-band and in-band management systems.
• Analyze HPC or deep learning workloads and accelerated computing platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in system architecture and design.
• Deep expertise in server system architecture.
• Experience with out-of-band and in-band management architectures.
• Knowledge of HPC or deep learning workloads and accelerated computing.
• BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• System Architecture expertise.
• Redfish, IPMI, MCTP, PLDM, or RDE knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud and cluster-level deployment and management systems.
• Background in device management protocols including Redfish, IPMI, MCTP, PLDM, and RDE.
• Knowledge of storage and networking technologies.
