You will lead software development projects and manage the technical direction of application software in Indianapolis, IN.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development projects from conception to delivery.
• Manage the technical direction of application software initiatives.
• Test and debug new and existing application software to ensure stability.
• Utilize case tools and application development software tools to drive delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture or development.
• Expertise in Java.
• Proven experience leading development projects.
• Proficiency with application software and development tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with case tools for application development.
