Description

Lead architectural strategy and manage a team of architects to drive technical direction across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of architects to ensure their continued success.
• Define end-to-end architectures, platforms, products, and tools to advance business capabilities.
• Lead business unit organizational standards and participate in the Technology Standards & Governance committee.
• Provide strategic technical guidance to senior management and project teams.
• Influence technical strategies related to potential acquisitions or divestitures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Proven experience implementing SOA, microservices, and cloud modernization patterns.
• Deep exposure to Java and .NET technology stacks and ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and infrastructure.
• Practical experience with AWS or Azure.
• Strong background in Cloud Computing.
• Ability to produce clear, accurate recommendations based on stakeholder input.
• Experience leading technical teams as both a people manager and mentor.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

Preferred Skills

• AWS or Azure certification.
