Description

You will lead the architecture and design of Microsoft Teams Meeting applications and Azure Communication Services (ACS) workflows. This role focuses on building scalable, enterprise-grade collaboration experiences beyond traditional chat bots.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable technical solutions for Microsoft Teams Meeting applications and real-time communication workflows.
• Design and optimize Azure Communication Services (ACS) workflows for call automation and meeting interactions.
• Develop Teams Meeting bots that join meetings, interact with participants, and process meeting data using ACS.
• Drive technical architecture decisions and mentor engineering teams on system design and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and platform stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust implementation strategies.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in the Microsoft Teams and Azure ecosystem.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Teams Meeting Application Development.
• Proven experience designing Azure Communication Services (ACS)-based communication workflows.
• Hands-on experience building bots for Teams meetings using ACS.
• Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, system design, and distributed architecture.
• Understanding of real-time communication (RTC), signaling, and media workflows.
• Experience operating at a Senior Architect or Principal Engineer level.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Graph and Teams extensibility.
• Exposure to Copilot integrations, AI/ML-driven communication features, and advanced meeting scenarios.
