Description

You will design and lead the architecture of scalable, fault-tolerant microservices.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design software and system architectures for microservice-based environments.
• Develop APIs and event-driven architectures using Java and Golang.
• Manage end-to-end applications hosted on Kubernetes with a focus on high availability.
• Translate technical feedback and business needs into elegant, complex system solutions.
• Operate within an Agile development environment and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java and Golang for microservices development.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, including key-value datastores and document storage.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services: S3, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, MSK, and ElasticSearch.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes for hosting scalable applications.
• Experience implementing Event-Driven Architecture.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the network stack including HTTP, REST, and TCP/IP.
• Proficiency with the Spring Framework.
