You will manage and optimize the organization's software asset portfolio, ensuring licensing compliance and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Software Asset Management operations using ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, or Snow License Manager.
• Monitor and manage software discovery, normalization, and reconciliation processes.
• Maintain and update software license data, entitlements, and contracts within ServiceNow.
• Analyze software usage data to identify cost optimization opportunities and ensure licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement and IT units to manage the software lifecycle and support audits.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro, Flexera, or Snow License Manager and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Strong understanding of software licensing models, including SaaS, subscription, and perpetual licenses.
• Familiarity with major software publishers such as Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, and IBM.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools, coupled with a strong analytical mindset.
• Proven ability in stakeholder management and clear communication.
• Experience assisting in the configuration and enhancement of SAM Pro modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex enterprise software environments.
• Background in audit support and remediation.
