Description

You will lead the design and development of complex software systems and manage a team of engineers through the full development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineers through the complete development lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project plans, work breakdown structures, and schedules.
• Define software requirements, architecture, and designs based on product needs.
• Guide engineers in designing and implementing solutions across system software and hardware.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Linux environments.
• Experience with embedded real-time software development (QNX, VxWorks).
• Experience in regulated industry software development.
• Knowledge of software processes in regulated settings.
• Experience with software team functional and technical management.
• Familiarity with version control using GitHub and Perforce.
• Competency with Jira, MS Project, and Smartsheet.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python for scripting or automation.
