You will drive full stack software solutions, own CI/CD pipelines, and mentor the team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using modern frameworks and backend services.
• Own the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Design and integrate solutions utilizing REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Mentor team members and guide technical direction.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in full stack software development.
• 3+ years of experience within property & casualty insurance.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, and React.
• Experience with .NET and Azure cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON structure.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platform integration.
