You will provide technical leadership for software modules and enterprise applications, translating business requirements into technical designs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Consult on project planning with clients, analysts, and architects.
• Monitor project milestones and resolve schedule risks.
• Lead technical evaluation and selection for software or middleware packages.
• Elicit, document, and communicate business or technical requirements.
• Provide input on buy vs. build recommendations and research COTS alternatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience working with Business Analysts and Architects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Familiarity with web development, web platforms, and content management.
• Experience developing integrated solutions for application modernization.
• Understanding of UI/UX implementation techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to provide technical leadership using disciplined software development processes.
