Description

Design and maintain Java 17 microservices for large-scale data processing and secure API communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and RESTful APIs with OAuth2.0, JWT, and SAML/SSO security.
• Optimize PostgreSQL and Oracle databases using Hibernate for efficient data handling.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and deploy to AWS.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, TestNG, and Mockito to ensure code quality.
• Integrate frontend components using Angular 17+ and monitor systems with Splunk and Dynatrace.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Java development experience, specifically with Java 17 features like records and sealed classes.
• Expertise in the Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Batch.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful web services.
• Proficiency in database management with PostgreSQL, Oracle, and ORM tools like Hibernate.
• Hands-on experience with identity management using Keycloak, OAuth2.0, and JWT.
• Experience with version control via GitHub and build tools like Maven and NPM.
• Competency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Teradata Retail Data Model (RDM) systems.
