Description

You will build and own high-performance services for the security platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-performance services, libraries, and APIs ensuring authentication remains secure and reliable.
• Collaborate with support and engineering teams to address customer issues, fix bugs, and develop new features.
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response to restore service during events.
• Develop tools to improve code reliability and streamline security service adoption across the organization.
• Apply good software design patterns to build scalable and maintainable authentication solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience, including leading technical initiatives and designing complex systems.
• 7+ years of experience in object-oriented programming using Java.
• Deep expertise in API Development (REST) and building microservices.
• Experience with authentication/authorization solutions and open standards like OAuth and SAML.
• Proficiency with Java, OAuth, SAML, Microservices, API Development, Kubernetes, MySQL, Redis, Git, and Jenkins.
• Knowledge of building resilient services using patterns like idempotency and circuit-breaking.
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience.
